We are looking for a Senior Game Designer to help push the quality of future projects. If you recognize yourself in in the following description or have questions, please fill out an application so we can get in touch with you.


You are:

  • An experienced game designer with a couple of years and projects under your belt
  • Well proven in designing and facilitating game concepts, systems, and features to create optimal player experience
  • Excellent in creating and maintaining effective documentation for gameplay systems and content
  • A confident and inclusive team player who likes to work with others, to grow and to create great games collaboratively
  • Skillful in communicating with other developers, eager to help others and learn with them, capable of unifying multiple design threads into one coherent gameplay experience
  • Self-motivated, proactive in identifying risks and opportunities, able and willing to take responsibilities for design decisions
  • Proficient at communicating in English
  • Willing to relocate to Bremen, Germany


Bonus:

  • Experience with (3rd person) shooters
  • Experience in AA/AAA game development
  • Experience with tuning features for perfect game feel in-engine
  • Specialization in gunplay, 3C design, progression design or other
  • German language skills


You will:

  • Work with other experienced, motivated and friendly developers
  • Become a senior member of our game design team, with your own responsibilities
  • Take ownership of features, create according designs and iterate them throughout development
  • Communicate with all departments and make sure the designs fit in the bigger picture
  • Create core-games on PC and consoles you can be proud of (Shooter, RPG)
  • Get the chance to shape our upcoming games and have actual significant impact
  • Become part of the KING Art family
